Zcash prepares the Ironwood upgrade
Zcash is a well-known cryptocurrency that allows its users to send money completely privately, similarly to an opaque digital vault. However, on 28 July 2026, the network will undergo a major technical repair called Ironwood. Its goal is to close the old, damaged part of the system and move all users’ assets to a new, much safer location.
